As an experienced designer, my work is my lifestyle. I am constantly observing the world how people interact with technology, objects and space!
MY PHILOSOPHY:
I value clarity, functionality and purpose : both in design & in life. I believe the best design solutions come from curiosity, collaboration, and out-of-the-box thinking. I strive to design experiences that scale across cultures while maintaining simplicity and impact.
ON COLLABORATION:
I am an empathetic leader—I thrive in environments where I can collaborate with people at levels, whether that’s leading seniors, mentoring juniors, or partnering with stakeholders. My leadership style is transformational, using empathy as a core component to understand, connect with, and motivate others.
My goal is to always foster a culture of creativity, clarity and impact. Ensuring all design solutions not only solve functional problems, but create meaningful connections is of the highest priority to me.
OUTSIDE WORK:
Originally from Pune (India) I currently call Oakland (CA) a home.
…and I’m crazy about vegetarian food, wine, making clay sculptures and traveling to places near & far!

Managed the end to end Applications & Services experience within VMware Tanzu Application Platform. As UX lead, worked collaborative with various stakeholders to launch the new VMWare Cloud product, Tanzu Application Platform. Led all UX activities from ideating new product to research to final designs for launching Tanzu Platform for general availability to VMWare customers.
